Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has put aside his differences with Davido to congratulate the singer and his wife Chioma Rowland on their wedding day.
In an Instagram post, Portable shared a video of Davido and Chioma’s pre-wedding shoot and offered prayers for blessings upon their union.
“Ori Ade, God bless your family @davido,” Portable wrote alongside the video.
The gesture comes amidst an ongoing social media feud between Portable and Davido. The rift between them started when Portable publicly accused Davido of giving him “bad advice” during a dinner they had together in the United States. This disagreement led to Davido unfollowing Portable on Instagram.
Portable later claimed that Davido had used him for publicity and subsequently abandoned him.
Despite their recent disputes, Portable’s congratulatory message suggests a temporary truce and goodwill towards Davido and Chioma on their special day.
