French luxury fashion house, Louis Vuitton, on Monday announced that it would hold a tribute in honour of its late artistic director, Virgil Abloh, who died on Sunday.

Virgil, who is also the founder of the design brand, Off-White, died after two years of battling a rare, aggressive form of cancer, cardiac angiosarcoma.

In a bid to honour the first African-American to head the French fashion house, Louis Vuitton is set to pay a tribute to Virgil by hosting a presentation of his Spring-Summer 2022 Collection.
