Chetachukwu Uzochukwu is his name and Dj Chet is what everyone calls him, born in Anambra State and now in Owerri for university education at Imo State University, Dj Chet found himself another lover in music which made him leave the Mass Communication that initially brought him to the heartland state.
Acclaimed as one of the young producers with talent in the country, Dj Chet has followed the same path which the likes of J Martins took to be a producer and artiste. He is a member of Conclusion, a group that was at the fore front of the industry years back. Dj Chet whose favourite instrument is the keyboard said that his group is working on something new and soon, the public will see.
Talking about education and music, he said “I feel good anytime I see a song I produced making waves, and that is why I don’t regret leaving anything for music. Music is everything to me. I can get everything back, but if I lose music a day, I believe I’ve lost everything” at the end of the statement, he was all smiles and that is how you’ll know how serious the man is.
