Music producer and sound engineer Michael Philips aka Curtis is aware of why he is still not very famous in the music industry of Imo State.
Curtis who started working with Engr Bruno years back has worked with good number artistes in different genres in the town and beyond, said he is probably not famous among music lovers in the state because he chose to major on mixing and mastering.
In his words, “’Curtis on the mix’, has been a shout on a lot of tracks in the town. I’ve worked with hip-hop, highlife and gospel artistes and there is nothing I cannot see myself doing when I am seated in front of the studio computer.
All I need is to expand my horizon and probably do one or two productions that will catch the city and country to mark my presence in the industry.”
Curtis currently works with LMG at Sound Wave Studio, #35 Ejiaku Street, Owerri, Imo State.
