The 7th edition of Deejay Saquo Star Nite will play host to Ruggedman, Mbryo and W4 as guest artistes according a release by the facilitator.
The monthly event which is billed for Friday, August 30, 2013 at Velencia Lounge Owerri, will also have the likes of H2O (Suspense Babani and Nani Bars), Princessa, Jovani, Icebeatz Sean, Baff Up and Klassic also sharing the stage alongside the guest artistes.
The event which had previously seen FreeStyle, Modenine, and SamKleff perform as guest artistes in its previous editions has so far reigned as the most consistent replica of Industry Night after seeing its sixth edition run successfully while the city is just seven days away to the 7th edition.
The facilitator, Deejay Saquo, who bagged the best DJ Award at the E-Sure Celebrity Awards, recently, has always maintained that the event was never designed to exploit artistes in the region, but to build them and so far the event has been running with no artiste coming on stage twice.
Star Nite has so far unveiled many artistes to the city and all over the world where people follow it online and on TV.
The event will also feature dancers: Amb Oyoyo; Scatter and Sons; Mere Jackson and Replay.
The comedians are MC Mouth, MC Mop and MC Ogene, while all the way from Enugu State, DJ Gunz will be joining DJs Johnny and Light on the steel wheels for the event.
MC Ichie will have to keep another late night as the anchor, a day after his Comedy Crusade at City Global Hotel Owerri.
The Red Carpet hosts remain Zanders FM duo, Jegz B and Princessa who will be coming face to face for the first time with her fellow Princessa who is an artiste.
Red Carpet kicks off by 7:30pm while the main event starts by 9pm.
