The ninth edition of Deejay Saquo’s Star Nite which was tagged “Best of The Best”, has just been concluded and it was indeed, the best of the best.
The show which takes place every last Friday of the month marked its ninth edition on the 25th of October, 2013 with an unforgettable entertainment experience.

As usual, the Zanders 105.7 FM Owerri award winning presenters Jegz B and Princessa were live on the red carpet which kicked off the event.
Another Zanders FM, MC Ominimini anchored the event and he held the event down throughout with rib cracking jokes and introduction of performing artistes for the night.
The first artiste of the night was Icz Money and he made quite an impressive opening with his ‘loke loke’ and ‘black is beautiful’ tracks.
Followed by rapper, Treasure Gold who made a late appearance on the performance list, with an electrifying performance. She performed ‘Iganada’ ‘Money on my mind’ and ‘Odikwa egwu’ which she featured Veeko Kingz.
The awesome epileptic dancer, Sample came up to do his thing and later joined by Queency. The duo who are among the best dancers in Owerri put up energy like record breaking dancer, Kaffy.
Queency had the show locked down with non-stop action dance for more than 30 minutes.
Seaflo graced the stage, performing “want to de” and shimbolobo with Reflex’s Soundz who featured him on the track.
And taking the show to another level, MC Ominimini introduced one of the guest artistes for the night, the blackberry crooner, Porsh Kayiana who thrilled the crowd with patua.
Although petite in nature, her stage energy is trilling. She performed her popular hit track “blackberry” which she featured Duncan Mighty as well as her latest single, ‘My Xcellency’.
Comedian, MC Flames came on stage and dropped few jokes followed by the very handsome Ibonge master, Skutch who performed only “ibonge” bringing Reflex Soundz on stage again.
Taking us back home to remember our mamas, Vivada performed her single “mama” which she dedicated to all the mothers as well as other tracks from her bank of songs.
More performances from Harmony, the Riders aka the virgins brought the next guest artiste for the night, Lagos ‘galala man’, Marvellous Benji, and his galala dancers wowed the audience once more.
There was no dull moment from the beginning to the end of the show as Profingerz maintained the tempo with his “sinner man, killing and down” tracks. XP Joe rounded it off and it was dancing all the way with DJ Sly on the wheels of steel after taking over from DJ Cruz who started the event.
