TGIF Chart Show is presented by Port Harcourt-based radio personality and hip hop artist Zubillionaire (Azubuike Wokocha). The radio broadcast also uses the Rhythm 93.7 official twitter account to announce the chart position for each of the songs aired on the show,
along with the names of its artists. The first TGIF Chart show was broadcast live on air on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 15:00.

The Chart was created to project the progress of music artists based in the South-South and the Niger Delta regions of Nigeria. The Top 10 is generated from blog activity, mentions on social networks, and online buzz. The program begins at 3pm during the ‘Afternoon Drive’
show on Port Harcourt’s Rhythm 93.7 FM. Unlike most radio charts, The TGIF Top 10 does not focus on the number of physical CD or digital music sales.
