Friends and relatives of late Prince Noel Tochukwu Unegbu have held a candle light Wake Keep for the deceased show promoter who met his untimely death on February 4, 2014,when he was shot by two gunmen in his hotel room in Owerri.
The event which had youth leaders, and the Chief Press Secretary of Imo State Deputy Governor, Hon. Uche Onwuchekwa in attendant was held on Sunday at Heroes Lounge in Owerri.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Onwuchekwa described Prince Noel as someone who dedicated his life to helping others. He call Noel a man of sincerity; a courageous person who always did his best to encourage others.
He also called for an end to gruesome murder of youths in the state.
Giving his testimony like others at the event, the National President, Orluzurumee Youth Assembly [OYA] and the Chairman, Prince Noel: Bring the Killers to Justice Committee, Comrade Precious Nwadike describes Prince Noel who was also a member of OYA, as a visionary youth whose dreams of fishing out talents in the state should be followed up after his death.
The event was officiated by Pastor Don Nzeben who prayed for an end to untimely death of Imo youths.
The next thing is for his friends and well-wishers to turn out en masse on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at his home town Umuanukpa, Akwu, Akokwa in Ideato South Local Government Area of Imo State where his funeral will be holding.
In another development, members of Prince Noel: Bring the Killers to Justice Committee will be holding a press conference on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Nigeria Union of Journalists headquarters in Owerri, to push the police into releasing the motive behind the killing of the deceased.
It will be noted that Imo State Commissioner of Police, Abdulmajid Ali has paraded the alleged killers who were identified as students of Eze Charles Nnamdi and Maduabuchi Augustine 22 and 20 years old respectively, saying that the motive of the killing was sensitive.
