Embattled event manager MC MOC, whom the CEO, E-Celebrity Awards, Stanley Akalonu aka ESure in a recent released, announced that he has been sacked as the official event manager of the brand has taken the fight to restore his dignity to a new turn by dragging ESure to Umuguma, Owerri West LGA, Police Station for questioning.

MOC who replied the press release with a statement that reads “The allegation against MOC Brand Entertainment is quite derogatory than one could imagine. We are law-abiding citizens and work by the realm of Nigerian law.
The truth of the entire scandal will be made public as the Nigeria police is on top of the matter. We employ all MOC Brand fans to keep calm and be unshakable until the end justifies the means.
MOC remains the platform for E-Celebrity Awars. No sack yet”
The statement which was posted on their official website www.mocbrand.com.ng was also posted on another entertainment blog www.glamourgist.com with the headline ‘RE: “I SACK MOC’ – MOC BRAND ENTERTAINMENT RESPONDS’
Reports reaching us have it that MC MOC’s problem is not that his outfit has been relieved of the position as the official Event Managers of E-Celebrity Awards, but the fact that the word ‘SACKED’ was used, claiming that he can never be sacked since he got no appointment letter for the job he has done for two years.
With ESure saying earlier that MOC does not have the interest of E-Celebrity Awards at heart and was working towards the downfall of the brand, rumours have it that there was more to the sacking than what has already been said.
Digging deep into the issues, one of the ushers who worked with MOC in the second edition of the award ceremony spoke to us under anonymity, saying “Lies were told, girls were cheated, you can call it duping, but it will be fine if they say everything themselves”
This may be the reason why MOC in his reply referred to the scenario as a ‘scandal’ instead of a frame-up of which his reply so far did not refute the allegations leveled against him.
Another source also told us that all MOC wants was for ESure to withdraw the ‘SACKED’ he used for something milder like ‘PARTED WAYS’, which ESure did on www.sweetnaijamusic.com. Maybe he does not care of the reasons for their parting is made public.
So far, MOC has refused to talk to anyone from www.otowngist.com and we gathered that he also wanted the police to invite the CEO, Chinedu Hardy Nwadike for question.
www.otowngist.com is using this medium to warn MC MOC and his agents to withdraw anything that will involve www.otowngist.comin the case if they wish to keep their name at the level which it has been damaged so far.
