Top producer Lord Cornel is set for the next chapter of his musical career with a fresh single titled NaNa, which will be premiered soon.
Born, Okafor Darlington Udochukwu, Lord Cornel has carved his name on the wall of the Nigeria music industry having produced hit songs for artistes like Flavour, Paulino, Don Tom, Tony One Week, Stormrex and many more.
The Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State born producer cum artiste who said that he is doing everything possible to keep his production and artiste side very active, revealed that his next single will be having ‘BlackBerry’ crooner, PoshKayiana on it.
Speaking to www.otowngist.com, He said “I feel much of music around me just like it has always been when I was a kid.
My granddad was a local instrumentalist; my mum was once choir mistress at Fatima Cathedral Jos, Plateau State, while one of my uncles was a backup singer for the legendary Oliver D’Coque.
I still feel my days as a composer and choirmaster in the youth choir; it’s just like I don’t remember any other thing aside music. It has become more like a way of life for me” He revealed.
He also said that he chose to work with PoshKayiana because she is not just an artiste in the industry but a brand.
“She has grown to become a force in the industry and working with her makes you excited. Having her in a song is like jamming quality with quality which is what good music should be all about.
The fans should expect nothing but the best when the song finally drops” He added.
