Singer, Ugwa Uchechukwu Francis aka Skutch who recently released a picture of him covered with blood and bullet holes on his chest has cried out to the general public that he is still alive.
The pictures which were clips from a Nollywood movie, ‘Enemy at the gate’ went viral on the internet and the quest for traffic made some bloggers use the caption ‘Skutch shot dead”, and that stirred up an accusation that he made up the death news, knowing that it will sell so fast.
Skutch has so far denied that saying that he had no hand in saying it is one of those things that go wrong in the industry and in as much as he is the subject, he cannot control who blogs present their cases because everyone wants visitors on their blogs.
“Every blogger has the right to choose their own headline but I am so sure my PR team never had the word ‘death’ in the entire article they sent out.
I cannot make my own death news because I see it as something wrong. I am grateful to bloggers who publicized the story but for those who took it too far with death on their headline.
I still want to be alive and death is not something I would love to be joking with at this stage of my life” He said.
