A release from the CEO, Otown Gist Entertainment, Mr Chinedu Hardy Nwadike, has it that All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA] gubernatorial faithful, Dr. Okey Ezeh; Imo Deputy Governor, His Excellence Prince Eze Madumere and gospel singer, Mr Kyze are toping nominations in their various categories on the second edition of Otown Gist Personality of the Year Awards.

According to Hardy, there has already been scores of nominations but the trio are topping the lists.
The award which will be featuring entertainers and politicians this year also has the likes of Deejay Saquo, DJ Timberland, DJ Vicky Lee toping on the DJs category.
“Female artistes Sparkle, Floxy and Treasure Gold have gotten their fair shares in their category, same with gospel singer Mr Kyze, 2013 edition’s runner-up LMG, Acharaman, Skutch and Money Making in the male category. Zanders FM duo Mc Ominimin and Princessa might make the final list with their Hot FM counterparts E-Berry and OB Fado while Orient TV’s Pluto was also doing fine in OAP’s category.” Hardy revealed.
He also said that there are plenty others he did not mention and is glad that even though the voting has not commenced, the fans are all ready to show the world who they think has made much impact this year and late 2013.
“We are trying to see what the fans think about these sectors as well as those who have made great impacts in them.
Otown Gist Entertainment will not be nominating anyone but we will be screening the nomination lists before we can bring out the last five that will be voted in all the 7 categories after October 15 when the nominations will be closing” Hardy said.
