Chinedu Hardy Nwadike in a chat with TeamOtownGist has revealed that he forgets a lot of things when he is writing.
Hardy who is the founder of ww.otowngist.com said he uses writing to cool off when he is not in a good mood.
According to the Imo State born novelist who authored the book Chronicles of Age and many other great articles, writing feels like speaking to himself through someone else’s voice.

“Writing takes me to another realm and it is one of the things that makes time stop for me. I usually stop when the headaches come; then I can cool off with other things. Amongst other things I can do, writing is much much easier and it has taken me to places I could have walked in ordinarily.
“Entertainment reporting especially has changed my life and I feel so great each time I write a story about someone. I feel like I am creating something but most of all, I give credit to the person I write about because it is not easy to want the public to know about you” he said.
He then said that he wished bloggers, in the east can write more as that will help get entertainers closer to the fans and public.
“We don’t have plenty TV stations here, but we have the internet, if most of us [blogger] can just learn to make something out of the little events around us it will go a long way in telling people who we are and what we have down here in the East”
To keep writing after Chronicles of Age, a 400 page novel, he also revealed that he is working on his second book while admitting that he gets scared of certain ideas that come his mind.
Hardy also revealed that he has some new things coming out in 2015, saying that the only New Year resolution he will making is to pray for more grace from God in 2015.
Unlike the past two years, he revealed that he would be having a quite birthday, having released a song in 2013 and 2104 on his birthday. His birthday is on January 2nd and we wish him all the grace he is asking God for.
