Onwudiwe Regis aka LMG who is known to be one of the best lyricist in form as well as controversial rappers in the South East Zone of Nigeria is surely taking his recent outspoken nature on social media especially at Facebook, very serious.
The 2014 Artiste of the Year Award winner at E-Celeb Awards, had last year said he would be signing off Blackberry Messenger till further notice and just last month, he said he would be getting a tattoo of his mum’s face which we are yet to see. One thing about his posts have come to be that they are never jokes.
The talented rapper has also taken time to talk about the hypocrisy in Nigeria on the side of his ‘friends’, politicians and even clergies; with all these and more making up his recent Facebook posts.
On Sunday, March 1, 2015 his ‘crazy’ posts took a new dramatic and radical turn when he announced that having been alone for a long time, he is ready to have a girlfriend.
He wrote ‘It’s been long I [‘ve] been into relationship, I need love now, I need a girl that will be passionate about me and whatever I am up to, I need a girl that will understand that there’s difference between Ikedi Godson Ohakim pikin and Onwudiwe Regis, I need a real Girl….please anyone out there? I am serious! Don’t worry about me,… I normally make the best boyfriend!”
Why he used former Governor of Imo State Ikedi Ohakim whom he shares the same home [Isiala Mbano] with in the post is yet to be understood, but people close to the Mbano born rapper confirmed that they are yet to see him with a girl he introduces as his girlfriend.
One of the comments on the post, by producer cum singer, Aizbag urged him to call for an audition, while another friend asked him to hit the street and talk to a girl of his choice.
