It was a society wedding on the other side of Owerri as top gospel singer McAnthony Chinedu Mgbor [aka Mark T] said ‘I do’ to his sweet heart and former Miss Peace Okon which ceremony held at Christ Embassy Onitsha Road, Owerri.
The wedding which was officiated by Pastor John Amenkhienan, Pastor Comfort Amenkhienan Pastor Timothy Sustain Wealth and Pastor Emma Osoka saw the frontline Imo State born gospel singer quit bachelorhood in the midst of his numerous fan, friends and family members.
Mark T who has been known for his numerous hit songs, last year announced his engagement to Miss Peace Okon and as the wedding took place; the couple could not hide their joy which was made visible in their smiles, laughter, dance moves and testimonies of the goodness of God in their lives.
At the post wedding reception which took place at the banquet hall of Imo State Government House Owerri invited guests in their numbers trooped in to encourage the newly wed couple who in turn entertained them with songs and their exotic dance dancing steps.
Amongst the guests at the wedding was Her Excellency Nneoma Nkechi Okorocha, wife of the Imo State Governor and her entourage; Hon. Deacon Chike Okafor, a member of House of Representatives for Okigwe South Federal Constituency and his wife Mrs. Akudo Okafor.
Artistes and comedians at the event include Joe Praise, Dan D Humourous, Iyke E, The Combophonist, Tonnel Avo, I.O.C Walter 11 and Kenny.
