The Methodist Presbyter of Orji Circuit in the Diocese of Owerri, Very Rev. E. O Chukwu will on Sunday April 19 be inducted as the presbyter of the circuit.
According to a release by Elder Chinedu Mbahaotu the Circuit Steward and Chairman of the Induction Committee, the event will be taking place at the circuit headquarters, St. Silas Methodist Church Orji in Owerri North LGA of Imo State.
Elder Mbahaotu described Very Rev. Chukwu as a goal getter and a favoured man of God with a track record of achievements in every circuit he has worked with.
The circuit steward prayed God to be with the minister throughout his stay in the circuit, pledging the support of the entire church council to him.
He also revealed that ahead of the induction ceremony which will be conducted by the diocesan bishop, Rt. Rev. Dennis Mark, the Bishop will be embarking on his first official Episcopal Tour of the circuit from Friday to Sunday.
He showered praises on the young Bishop who has within a short time in the diocese achieved so much, praying that his visit to Orji Circuit will bring more blessings to Methodist Church Nigeria in the area.
Elder Mbahaotu prayed for journey mercies to all that will be attending the induction from far and near the diocese of Owerri.
