The national secretariat of Madonna University Alumni Association [MUAA] has condoled with the National Vice President of association who recently buried the father, Chief Patrick U. Emore.
The burial ceremony which took place on May 22, 2015 at Abraka, Delta State was attended by the National Executives of MUAA, as well as some state chapter president and other members who in their numbers came to condole with the National President, Mr. Voke Emore.
MUAA through the National President Mr. Chima Achu urged the entire Emore family to take solace in the promises of God that He will never leave us empty whenever something is taken from us.
He called on the family to trust in God, adding that though a great Iroko has fallen in their family, God in his wisdom will find a way to make it up to them.
Mr. Achu described Late Chief Patrick U. Emore as a great influence the people of Abraka and Delta State as whole will be missing.
He said the Chief Emore will never fall below the descriptions of a great man having seen what he has achieved in his lifetime. He then called on the family to make their father’s achievements and legacies a stepping stone for whatsoever direction they want to go in life, also praying that God will remove anything that will bring sorrow to the family again.
Mr. Voke in return, thanked the association for attending the burial, pledging to do anything he can to ensure that such love is spread around the association both in good and bad times.
Members of the association at event are Barr. Emeka Odogwu, Chukwuedo Humphery and MUAA Rivers State President, Malvin Ajuebon.
Others are MUAA Rivers State Secretary, Emma Odoemenam, MUAA diaspora members, MUAA Delta State Chapter executives and members.
Chief Patrick U. Emore died on April 23, 2015.
