The Governor Owelle, Rochas Okorocha has approved the payment of all arrears of salaries of the Imo Civil Guard, Imo Security Network, Imo Community Watch and Youth Must Work.
A release signed by the Chief of Staff Government House, Chief Uche Nwosu indicates that the Imo Civil Guard will be paid today at Nicks Banquet Hall Government House While the Imo Security Network will be paid at Imo International Convention Centre also today.
Imo Community Watch, Orlu zone will be paid on Tuesday next week at Imo International Convention Centre, Owerri, while Imo Community Watch, Owerri zone will be paid same day at Imo Trade and Investment Centre., Owerri.
All Primary School teachers will receive their salaries on Wednesday next week at Imo Intentional Convention Centre, Owerri as all Secondary School teachers will be paid same day at Imo Trade and Investment Centre, Owerri.
Youth Must Work Workers posted to local government areas will t take their turn on Thursday next week at Imo International Convention Centre, Owerri.
The release requests Heads of all the workers to liaise with the office of the Chief of Staff Government House, Owerri to ensure prompt payment.
