Singer cum actress Woko Princess Chinassa aka Princessa has released her first movie titled ‘Pinging Babe’ featuring frontline comedians Dede One Day, Dike Osinachi aka Egbeigwe and others.
The movie which recently hit the market according to the Imo State University graduate, is her first production and x-rays the disadvantages of social media in the lives of today’s youths in the country.
Princessa who is often mistaken for her namesake at Zanders FM Owerri, added that she is looking at making youths understand that even though they can achieve so many things with the recent social media revolution, they also stand to lose a lot if they fail to concentrate on what is necessary.
“Social media is replacing every part of our real lives. It gives us friends, families we can’t see and all of it. There are good things in it and I mean there are plenty of them, but letting it take over the reality in our lives can have a devastating effect in the future of our youths.
We made a movie that shows these things in the best ways we can present them and that is what we have here today for people to watch; be educated and entertained at the same time” she said, while speaking to www.otowngist.com.
