Rapper Onwudiwe Regis aka LMG has hailed the guts of YBE’s Castor and other huge investors in Imo State music industry.
LMG said that the recent in investment on Xbusta by the young music lover and business man is a welcomed development in Imo State if the industry must grow.
He said that the industry has been there long ago in Owerri, but people just catch fun with their talents with the business side of the show put aside due to lack of fun and investments.
‘Praying things turn around with the new developments supported by the boss himself YBE Castor, we wish more investors follow the lead… and nowadays, we need more serious minded artiste managers in East ‘Owerri’ than ever” He wrote on Facebook.
The record label YBE which also has Ugems, snapped up XButa who was formerly with Valencia Records and they recently held what is still the most expensive album launch by an indigenous artiste in Imo State.
LMG has been promising to hit back with the songs that can beat the successes he recorded with the singles ‘Mbo’ and ‘One bottle’ in 2012 and 2014 respectively. He has assured his fans that something great will be dropping from him soon.
