The President of Face of the World Organization Hon. Nwabueze Buchi George has revealed that hunger for global success is the number one reason for what the company has achieved since 2006 when it was founded in Nigeria.
The global entertainment, education, talent and fashion Development Company has become owner of over 60 international programmes and brands including the United Nations Fashion Week and Awards and are still working hard to break new grounds and touch more lives.
Hon. Buchi George said that he is mostly driven by passion for homemade global success, one reason they now have over 100 country directors.
“We have held many programmes and there are still others in the pipeline. The passion to push local success to the global stage is one thing we have capitalized on because there are so much happening at the local stages without global attention.
“We want to touch lives with our programmes and help the less privileged people, especially children with what we are doing. We want to move from country to country and will not stop until we become a global brand that will be known in every country of the world” he said.
Miss Queen World; Miss & Mister Face of the World Pageants; Global Fashion Week; Commonwealth Fashion Week and United Nations Fashion Week and Awards amongst others are some of their brands.
The second edition of their United Nations Fashion Week and Awards which is expected to bring top designers and models from around the world together will be taking place in Dubai, UAE by October 2016. The event’s proceeds will all be channeled to Global Family Fund on Education for less privileged children.
