Three persons including a pastor suspected of abducting twin baby boys at Mbano Agwa in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State have been arraigned in court.The four persons were arraigned before an Oguta Magistrate Court on two count charge bordering on abduction and trafficking.

In the suit, Commissioner of Police Vs Pastor Bigman Nnanna (male), Chinonso Nnanna Vitus (male), Paul Emeziem Onuchukwu (male) and Ulunma Nnanna (male),  it was alleged that the suspects… “Pastor Bigman Nnanna ‘m’, Chinonso Nnanna Vitus, Paul Emeziem Onuchukwu ‘m’, Ulunma Nnanna and Nnamoh Emezie ‘m’ Emeka Anozie and Amaka Eze now at large, sometime in the month of October 2009, at Mbano Agwa Autonomous Community, in the Oguta Magisterial District did conspire amongst themselves to commit felony to wit, by abducting and trafficking twin baby boys and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 516A and…of the criminal code, ‘C38’, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as applicable in Imo State.

“That Pastor Bigman Nnanna ‘m’, Chinonso Nnanna Vitus, Paul Emeziem Onuchukwu ‘m’, Ulunma Nnanna, and Nnamoh Emeziem ‘m’, Emeka Anozie of Obudi Agwa and Amaka Eze of Umukpo Agwa now at large, on the same date and place, in the aforesaid Magisterial District did, with intent to deprive one Uju Uzoma Iwunze ‘m’ who had lawful custody of his baby boys, two weeks old of the possession of his babies fraudulently enticed away the said baby boys and thereby committed an offence  punishable under section 19(1) (e) of the Abduction and Trafficking of Persons Prohibition Law Enforcement and Administration Act, 2003 as applicable in Imo State.

It will be recalled that the Imo Police Command recently confirmed the busting of another suspected kidnap gang involving the pastor of a new generation church, God’s Foundation Ministry of the said Pastor Nnanna also known as “rattle snake pastor” in Ogborie Agwa, Oguta LGA.
