The Imo State government has assured the people of the State that the road revolution in the State will continue to ensure easy movement of goods and services, greater cooperation among different localities and to ultimately attract investments to the State.

The Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere stated this yesterday when he went on inspection of roads in the three local governments in Mbaise Nation.

Prince Eze Madumere who said he came on the inspection on the governor’s mandate after the traditional rulers and the leaders of the communities in Mbaise led by HRH, Eze Eze Chidubem Okoro recently made presentations to Governor Okorocha concerning the state of some of the major ring roads in the area.

He assured them that Owelle Rochas Okorocha led government will continue to provide social services to the people of the state and called on the people of the area to continue to support the present administration.

Earlier in a colourful boundary reception, the deputy chairman, council of Ndi-Eze, Owerri zone, His Royal Highness, Eze Chidubem Okoro express gladness for government’s rapid response to their cry through Prince Madumere’s visit.  He assured the number two citizen of the State that the people of the area will continue to support Rochas Okorocha led administration because they have benefitted immensely from Governor Okorocha government.

Prince Madumere was accompanied by Hon. (Mrs.) Josephine Udorji, Hon. Law Ezeruo who are the Commissioners for Works and Transport, Land, Survey & Urban Development respectively, Hon. Iyke Njoku, Chief Economic Adviser to the Governor among others.
