The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to Imo State Governor on Entertainment and Public Affairs will on Monday March 13, 2017 hold a free SSCE/UTME workshop for candidates seating for the examinations in Imo State.

The workshop which is in partnership with the state Ministry of Education and Cambridge College of Advanced Studies is designed to expose students, candidates and participants to the new computer based short cut methods in calculation in line with the expectations of examination bodies in 21st century.

According to Hon. Chukwunonye Iruno, the Senior Special Assistant to Imo State Governor on Entertainment and Public Affairs; “JAMB’s ban on awaiting results candidates before examination, makes it imperative for students, teachers and principals to attend the workshop”

He added that the programme is part of youth development, advancement and capacity building among students and candidates seating for Secondary School Certificate Examination and the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
 
The event will be taking at Cambridge College of Advanced Studies, at Shellcamp by Orlu Road, Owerri Imo State (Alliance Françoise premises), while the flag off date is on Monday March 13, 2017 by 12:00pm prompt.
