Encomiums took over the function on Monday,as Pastor Bright Njoku ,officially handed over a modern three bedroom bungalow he solely built for an 82 year old build man,Pa Job Opara ,and his household.
The handing over ceremony which took place at Umueriagwu -Ofodim in the Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo state witnessed huge presence of politicians, media practitioners,clerics community dwellers ,relations ,friends and well wishers.
Those who spoke at the event ,including men of God who dedicated the new building, extolled the rare humanitarian disposition of pastor Njoku.
They posited that the journalist who is the Editor-in-chief cum publisher of The Nigeria Horn Newspapers and Brightstar Magazine had provoked God for his blessings for remembering a blind hopeless old man and his family.
While praying God to replenish his pocket ,they stressed that the gesture will make the visually impaired octogenarian to live longer.
Highpoint of the event was the handing over the keys of the building to the first son of the old man by pastor Njoku and his wife after prayers had been said .
