In what seems like better mental preparation ahead of 2019 Gubernatorial election in Imo State, one of the aspirants under the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Hon. Tony Nwulu is presently attending a leadership course in Harvard University.

Hon. Nwulu who is the member representing Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency of Lagos State at the Federal House of Representatives, took to Instagram to share a picture of him and former President of Ecuador Jamil Mahuad, with the latter being the lecturer in one of the courses he was taking.

Jamil Mahuad was President of Ecuador from 1998 to 2000, brought fiscal discipline and political stability to the nation, instituting economic reform policies, which focused on reducing government spending and improving tax collection mechanisms.
