Manufacturers Association of Nigeria has commended the Federal Government for adopting measures to improve Nigeria’s ease of doing business rating.

The association’s Director-General, Mr Segun Ajayi-Kadri, said the improved rating would assure investors that Nigeria remained the place for safe investments and Africa’s biggest economy.

The Managing Director of Galaxy Backbone, the largest digital service in Nigeria, Mr Yusuf Kazaure says digital service is growing within public institutions in the country.

Kazaure said more and more agencies were gradually adopting digital means to work and engage across local and international organisations.

Mr Sani Datti, Head of Media and Public Relations, NEMA has dismissed the grievances of workers of the agency who were protesting poor conditions of service and redundancy saying there is no justification for an industrial action.

National Emergency Management Agency workers had staged a protest, calling for a thorough investigation into their conditions of service.

The Federation’s President, Suleiman Isah, said the championship, slated for June 25 to June 28 at the National Stadium Abuja, would be open to affiliated state associations.
