Following last Friday’s declaration of Mr. Ubandoman Joshua Laven by Plateau State Election Appeal Tribunal as the winner of Langtang North Local government election, the Chairman-elect has called on the State Governor, Simon Lalong, to swear him into office.
Speaking with newsmen yesterday, in Jos, Laven said the Governor had demonstrated his respect for decisions of courts in the past and hoped he will do the same now that the Tribunal has ruled in his favour.
