Governor Emeka Ihedioha of Imo State is in the United States in what appears a move to woo investors to take advantage of new business opportunities to invest bigtime in the State.

He has already addressed the United States Black Congressional Caucus, the strongest lobby group in the world who have shown commitment to make Nigeria and Imo State in particular, investment destinations.

According to a statement signed by Mr.Chibuike Onyeukwu, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ihedioha has also held private meetings with Warren Buffet foundation, President of the World Bank and top officials in the Bureau of Africa Affairs of the U.S State Department.

“He is expected during the visit to explore the opportunity of attracting huge flow of investment funds into the State and tap into the potentials of over 2 million Imolites in the Diaspora for the benefit of the people of the State.

“He will also use the gathering to showcase the potentials of the State, reassure the international community of the new friendly business opportunities in the State.
