Award-winning Burundian superstar, Sat-B has released a new video to his smash hit DON’T CRY featuring Tanzanian hitmaker Aslay. Sat-B showcases his lyrical prowess and melodious voice in this enchanting love song, produced by two of East Africa’s fast-rising music producers: Kolly Da Magic (Burundi) and Mazuu (Tanzania). The R&B song featuring the best of Burundian sounds and bongo flava is set to resonate well with many East African lovers.

DON’T CRY music video, shot and directed by Joowzey in Tanzania, depicts relationship turmoil as one lover tries to get the other to express their feelings, just so they can have clarity.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, Sat-B says, “This is a simple song about the different dynamics of love in different relationships,” adding, “It was a pleasure to be in Tanzania to collaborate with my brother Aslay for the first time. I hope all East Africans and our fans beyond the region will love DON’T CRY.”

Sat-B is definitely keeping the momentum of a superb 2019 following the release of his songs: “Love Controller”and “Karabarya” earlier this year. DON’T CRY is the perfect song to introduce Sat-B to Tanzania, and the larger East African region. With a wide catalogue of music including “No Love”, “Too Much” and “Feel Love” the hitmaker has two albums under his belt: “Inkuru Y’Ukuri (2010) and “Iwacu” (2016). Sat-B is a Burundian singer/songwriter who started his solo career in 2009 after breaking off from his former music group Wanavesi Kikosi. His solo career led him to his stardom and massive success in Burundi. He made his big break 2010 with the single “Inkuru y’Ukuri” and since then he has consistently delivered hit after hit. With a career spanning a decade, he has risen to become one of Burundi’s biggest stars in R&B and Hip-Hop and ready to conquer Africa.
