Imo State born rapper Chinedu Golden Okafor aka XBusta might be nearing the ‘end time’ of his contract with RunWay Entertainment with what is going on between the two parties.

The rapper was conspicuously absent at the Independence Night Concert organized by his record label and although the manager of the label has admitted that there’s a ‘gap’ between the label and the artiste, the recent happenings are similar to what has been ending the rapper’s relationship with other record labels.

www.otowngist com has also discovered that XBusta who recently released an EP with Playaz did not mention his record label in any part of the artwork or song description against what has been done on even songs he is featured in when the going was good with the label.

Although both parties have not revealed what is causing the problem between them, our source has it that the rapper is bitter that much has not been done for him in the label and XBusta also keeps asking for more which includes residing in Lagos State, even when his label is in Owerri, Imo State.

Penning his first record deal with Valencia Records in 2013, XBusta has gone ahead to sign for YBE, Five Star Records and RunWay Entertainment is his fourth record label of his musical career.

Our investigation also have it that no other artiste who once based in Imo State, aside Kelly Hansom has more videos than XBusta, but the artiste will still be bitterness that his videos are not getting the needed airplay on major music TV Channels.

Under RunWy Entertainment, Xbusta released the three singles, ‘Billion Dollar’, ‘Somebody Crush’ featuring Peruzzi’ and ‘Ogologo’ featuring Harrysong which also has his only video with the label so far.

With Cajeto who also has once been dubbed ‘Junior XBusta’ also in the books of Run Way Entertainment, the label will at the moment be shopping for the replacement of the Orlu born rapper as it is believed that their deal might not see the end of 2019.
