Imo State police command has arrested one Mrs. Ada Umuzie who stabbed one Miss Happiness, a commercial sex worker to death for having an affair with the husband, Mr. Ejike Lambert.
Police report on the incident which took place at Imika Obiti, in Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State, said Mrs. Amuzie who had previously accused Miss. Happiness of having an affair with her husband, was on Saturday March 28, 2019 attacked by the commercial sex worker in her matrimonial home with a knife.
Miss. Happiness was subsequently overpowered as they fought and was stabbed below the breast by Mrs. Amuzie with the same knife which led to her death.
The remains of Miss Happiness have been deposited in a morgue, while Mrs. Ada Amuzie who has so far confessed to the crime has been arrested by officers from Divisional Police Headquarters Ohaji.
The police also said she will be charged accordingly.
