The Election Petition Tribunal in Owerri on Friday, dismissed the petition filed by Hon. Obinna Onwubuariri against Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had declared Onuoha as the duely elected winner of the Isiala Mbano/ Onuimo/ Okigwe Federal Constituency re-run election held last year.
While Onwuabuariri ran on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Onuoha ran with the All Progressive Congress, (APC) ticket.
