The security presence at the Federal High Court is thick as litigants, lawyers, and journalists are scrutinised from one checkpoint to another within the court premises before being allowed to proceed.
Only a few journalists were allowed access to the courtroom as the officials of the Department of State Service and the Court security were working with a list of preselected reporters.

At the time of filing this report, Nnamdi Kanu has not been produced in court and sitting is yet to commence.
However, his lawyers are already in court led by Ifeanyi Ejiofor.
A former governor of Anambra State, Chukwuemeka Ezeife, is also in court.
