Calabash Music has released the visuals of ‘Since you’ve been Gone’, the first single from the EP ‘12.20.01.21’ by award-winning Cameroonian artist, Wax Dey. The song is produced by Dj Maspila and visualized by Mazi. It is available on Youtube.
Originally written in tribute to the deceased mother of his son, the singer describes the song more generally as ‘also a celebration of the lives of all those whom we have lost during this difficult era of the Covid-19 pandemic’.
The song and video have received rave public reviews, including from many high-profile Cameroonians.
