President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday vowed to leave office on May 29, 2023.

The Nigerian leader swore by the Holy Qur’an that he will serve in accordance with the constitution and go when his time is up.

“Tazarce’ (tenure extension). I don’t want anybody to start talking about and campaigning for an unconstitutional extension. I will not accept that”, he said.
