Governor Hope Uzodinam has sworn in Hon. Justice Okorie Victor Uchenna as the Acting President, Imo State Customary Court of Appeal.

The swearing in ceremony which was done on Friday became necessary after the retirement of the former president.

Gov. Uzodinma who said that his administration will continue to support the judiciary, urged the new Acting President of the Customary Court of Appeal to sustain and promote his professional ethics and conduct as a High ranking judicial officer in the discharge of his duties to our people.

“Upon the retirement of the President of the Imo State Customary Court of Appeal and in accordance with recommendation of the Judicial Service Commission, today, I swore in Hon. Justice Okorie Victor Uchenna as the Acting President, Imo State Customary Court of Appeal”
