Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma has said that the desire of youths to ask questions, shows their eagerness to participate in governance.

Gov. Uzodimma who expressed his appreciation of Imo Youths over their participation and involvement in governance and opinion molding in the State, said that the move will guarantee a better future for the country.

Speaking during a phone-in interactive session with Imo people which was broadcasted across all radio stations in Imo State, Senator Uzodinma noted the dominance of youths in the programme.

The programme which was designed to afforded Ndi Imo the opportunity to interact directly with the Governor on various issues of concern took place on Saturday, February 5, 2022.

Governor Uzodinma encouraged the youths embrace agriculture and agro-based sector of the economy, promising to incorporate suggestions made during the programme into existing government programmes in the state.

Imolites who called in from within the State and outside, expressed acknowledgement on the progress recorded by the Shared Prosperity administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma within the past two years and encouraged the Governor not to relent in his good work.

Every question doled out, received satisfying responses from the Governor who pledged to consolidate on the reforms, policies and ongoing projects for the good of all.
