The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Kaduna State Council, on Thursday, denied advertising for a daily paying job in its secretariat.
It also urged members of the public not to apply for any vacant position as stated, adding that it has no knowledge of such adverts.
Comrade Christiana John Bawa, NLC Secretary in the state, in a statement, warned members of the public to be wary of fraudsters and criminals who parade themselves in order to deceive innocent people.
She said the advert had promised a wage of N2,500 daily.
She said the “scammer” stated that he is into the production of organic fertilizer, cosmetics, home care, skin care products etc.
Comrade Christiana John Bawa clarified that the NLC is not involved in the above mentioned, but rather protect the interest of workers in the state and the country in general.
She appealed to people to alert the security agencies as soon as they have contact with or know the whereabouts of the criminals.
