Imo State Governor Senator Hope Uzodinma has assured the families of slain traditional rulers that he will do everything possible to bring their killers to book.
Gov. Uzodinma who spoke when he met with the families of the four deceased traditional rulers said the incident caused his heart to bleed.
The traditional were killed during the unrest in the State with the police still in the hunt to find the perpetrators of the evil act.
“frankly speaking, it is a sad day for us as it reminds us of the ugly incidents in Njaba LGA and other communities where our Royal Fathers were killed. My heart bleeds as I mourn with you.” Gov. Uzodinma said.
The Governor disclosed that the traditional rulers died in the line of duty as they gathered to move their communities forward when they were attacked.
