A 10-year-old pupil ganged-raped by her classmates during World School Games held in Dubai between March 10-13, 2022 has been suspended by her school, Chrisland.


Speaking about the incident, Ubi Franklin, a music executive in a series of tweets via Twitter revealed that the young Nigerian girl who’s the daughter of his friend was selected to represent her school in a sporting game in Dubai.

He added that while at the competition, the girl was raped, videotaped and the video was posted on Instagram a month ago.

He also revealed that a pregnancy test was conducted and the school initially hushed up the case.


The father of the 10-year-old Pupil disclosed that the school authorities at Chrisland School in Victoria Island Garden City suspended his 10-year-old for taking part in “improper behaviour” after playing the truth-or-dare game, describing her as a “major participant.”

The school said other schoolmates who took part in the game had been suspended, adding that the girl and her parents did not cooperate during its investigation.

“Consequently, [name redacted) is hereby placed on indefinite suspension until you as the parents ensure that she is punished, adequately counselled, and rehabilitated,” the school said.
