Owelle Rochas Okorocha has made public his intention to run for the office of the president come 2023.

This was seen in a press release signed by the Special Adviser  ( Media) to the former governor of Imo State and Senator Representing Imo West senatorial District, Sam Onwuemedo.

 Sam Onwuemedo, releasing the announcement today, Friday, April 29, 2022, wrote,

“With every sense of humility, we are delighted to inform the general public that, His Excellency, Senator Rochas Okorocha, today, Friday, April 29, 2022, picked or procured or obtained, the Expression of INTEREST AND NOMINATION FORMS of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the 2023 Presidency, at the Party’s National Secretariat, Abuja”

Continuing he has this to say,

“The time was 12. 25pm. lt was a historic outing. And the atmosphere was Clement and Exciting. With this juicy and lofty development, Okorocha is set for the Party’s Presidential primary. And with no doubts in our GODLY minds, it will end in praise”

He further stated that it has been the dream of the presidential aspirant to lead the country and contribute his quota to the development and other needs of the masses.

“Okorocha has never hidden his broad zeal and seeming passion, to lead this country, for good. He has remained consistent and persistent in this regard we dedicate the Expression of INTEREST AND NOMINATION FORMS to GOD, who orders the affairs of men and women”

However, he appealed to all Nigerians for their endless prayers and support.

“We appeal for the prayers of all men and women of good spirits and good tidings”

“With GOD, nothing is impossible to them that believe. And to the Glory of God, Okorocha believes We had earlier dedicated Okorocha’s presidential ambition or pursuit to God. Asking him (GOD) to take absolute control of the whole enterprise, since when he says YES to a project, nobody can afford to say No. This is our take-home. Our bidding. Our confidence”
