Nigeria winger Victor Moses has revealed he can play in five different positions, reports Completesports.com.
Moses was named Man of the Match in Spartak Moscow’s 3-1 win against Ural Yekaterinburg in their Russian Premer League clash last Saturday.
The 31-year-old, who has operated as a left midfielder under Paolo Vanoli scored and grabbed an assist in the encounter.
Moses has proven his versatility in the past as he was deployed as a winger and right wing-back at English giants Chelsea FC and wing-back at Italian champions Inter Milan.
“Right from the very first time I came to Spartak I’m down to play in any position. I can play left-back, right-back, 10, right wing, left wing,” Moses told the club’s official Youtube channel
“The most important thing is to help the team and I am very pleased to do that today. It’s about the team effort, we all came here today to get the three points so we worked very hard collectively and individually as well.
“We played for the three points, now we can move from here now. “I’m happy with the manager getting the three points today, he’s someone that I know very well.
“Inter Milan we worked together, he’s a manager that can rotate to any formation and he’s very good at that.”
Moses has netted three times and provided four assists across all competitions for Spartak Moscow this season.
The former Wigan Star joined Spartak Moscow on permanent deal in July 2021 after impressing while on loan at the club. The move ended his nine year association with Chelsea.
Moses extended his contract with Spartak to 2024 last February.
The player retired from international duty at the end of 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
