Students of varsities across the country have made known their interest to resume when Asuu ends strike and are not ready to be shot dead as claimed by Mr. Sunday Asefon.

Mr. Asefon who is the president of the Nigerian students association granting an interview to newsmen this morning stated that the government is not talking about education anymore.

And as such declared that students are ready to lay their lives to make sure government does the right thing.

“We are talking about education, we are talking about life. our life is no longer being discussed by the leaders, these leaders that we elected, but rather, their focus now is about the election, we are battle-ready, the highest they can do is to shoot us…if we die, the generation coming will know we died because of fighting for them. they would also know that they shot us because they are preparing for the election. but we need to take action”

Students replying to the statement by Mr. Asefon have these to say,

” Mr. Asefon, Imo stars are not ready to be shot to end strike…But we are ready to resume when the strike ends”

Other comments rolling in on the said topic, had students advise Mr. Sunday to desist from such utterances as they are not ready to take any bullet for any reason.
