A group of youths with placards, and banners, in a white polo, has been spotted in the streets of Owerri in a protest agitating for justice.

Through the inscription on their banner and other placards, it is noted that the group is agitating for justice over the 1.9 Billion alleged on the former governor of the state Rochas Okorocha.

The inscription on their placards read,
