The Local Government Pensioners Association in Ogun State (LOGPAN) says contrary to the erroneous belief that the association is at loggerhead with the State government, there is a cordial relationship between LOGPAN and the Governor Dapo Abiodu-led administration.

The State chairman of LOGPAN, Sikiru Ayilara, who made this known in an interview with newsmen shortly after a meeting with Governor Abiodun on Tuesday, commended the governor for agreeing to look into the issue of pension harmonization in the State.

“We have come to meet our governor on some important issues concerning the pensioners in this State, most especially local government pensioners, we came to appeal to the governor to give us harmonisation, which he has agreed to look into.
