The Nigeria Air force has again bombed another camp belonging to a dreaded bandits’ leader, Dan-Karami, in the Zurmi Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
Sources informed The PUNCH that many bandits were said to have lost their lives when the camp was bombarded on Thursday.
A resident, Musa Shehu, said he could see smoke from afar coming out of the camp.
“The camp was attacked by the Nigeria Air force this evening (Thursday) and we could see smoke from that direction.”
Shehu said they also heard the sounds of bombardment as the bombs were being dropped by the Air force jet fighter on Dan-Karami’s camp.
At the time of filing this report, it could not be ascertained whether Dan-Karami was among the bandits that were killed or not.
Dan-Karami is a dreaded bandits’ leader who terrorises the people of Zamfara and Katsina states.
