Factional Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Imo State, Mr. Dan Nwafor, has dropped a fresh court case, wherein he challenged the authenticity of the Mac Donald Ebere led State Working Commitee, SWC.

The SWC is strongly backed by Governor Hope Uzodimma.

This fresh development is a clear indication that unity between the camps of Governor Hope Uzodimma and former Okorocha, is in the offing.

Despite the Supreme Court ruling, which recognized Nwafor as the authentic State Executives, the order however elapsed on July 31, 2022, on the basis that the order should have taken effect in 2018, when Nwafor was removed from office.
