Former England striker, Michael Owen, has said Premier League leaders Arsenal are “here to stay”, but still believes Manchester City will defend their title this season.

City are now four points behind the Gunners, after their unbeaten run was ended by Liverpool.

Tottenham are currently level with Pep Guardiola’s men on 23 points but have played a game more after losing 2-0 to Manchester United on Wednesday night.

Chelsea are still fourth after playing out a 0-0 draw at Brentford.

United are now just a point behind the Blues, while Liverpool made up more ground by beating West Ham 1-0 at Anfield last night.

“Well, it is tough to call the top four. Manchester City for sure. I think Chelsea are probably going to be in the top four. Arsenal as well. It’s very hard to leave one out, isn’t it?

“I’m actually torn between Liverpool and Tottenham at the moment.

“So it’s so hard to say. I’ll probably say Tottenham and Manchester United will miss out,” Owen said.
