Nigerian award-winning singer, Patoranking, is due to perform in Qatar ahead of the FIFA World Cup.

According to the official website of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, the 32-year-old reggae-dancehall music sensation has been confirmed as one of the headliners at the FIFA fan festival in Qatar next month.

At the World Cup event, which will begin on November 20, the entertainer will take the stage alongside DJ Aseel, a sensation in the Arab world, and Egyptian singer Hassan Shakosh.

Aseel is scheduled for December 2, while Shakosh is scheduled for December 12.

Patoranking will also be joined by the likes of French rapper and producer Gims, Julian Marley (who is the son of the legendary reggae singer Bob Marley) and The Uprising and the Miami Band.

In addition, Davido, was also listed among musicians from all over the world to perform this edition’s theme song, despite the Super Eagles’ failure to qualify for the World Cup.

Finally, Kizz Daniel has also been scheduled to perform his popular song, “Buga”, at Qatar’s 2022 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony.
